A: Please arrive by 2:30 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM. We can arrange transportation to the venue, as we will have a taxi driver on retainer from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. If you would like to use this service, please let us know in advance so we can coordinate your ride.

A: "Garden Fairy". It will most likely be hot outside, so please dress accordingly. There will be lots of grass and gravel, so high heels may not be the most comfortable choice for the evening.

A: The ceremony will be outdoors, but we will have a chapiteau tent. Please plan accordingly.

A: As much as we love your little ones, the after-party will be a kids-free event. Thank you so much for understanding. If you're coming from out of town, we understand that making childcare arrangements can be more challenging. To help, we will have a kids' table available for little ones who need to attend.

A: If your invitation includes a plus-one, they are more than welcome. Otherwise, we kindly ask that you attend solo.

A: Yes! We’ll be hosting a cocktail hour around 3:30 PM. Dinner will be buffet-style (pig roast and sides) and served around 6:00 PM.

A: We’ll be having a toonie bar ($2 per drink). Please note that cards will not be accepted—cash only. Wine will be free. Please note that the bar will be closed during dinner. Wine will be served at the tables.

A: Absolutely. Please let us know when you RSVP.

A: We kindly ask that you keep phones away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present.

A: Join us for cocktail hour! Family photos will take place from 3:30–4:15 PM, after which the couple will join the celebration. Around 6pm, dinner, speeches, dancing, and lots of celebrating will follow!

As much as we love celebrating with all of you, your safety is our top priority. We kindly ask that no one drive home under the influence of alcohol. To help everyone get home safely, we will have a taxi driver available at the venue from 10:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. to provide rides home.
